This page is provided to communicate with Customer Service at The Mass Transportation Authority. If you have a Complaint, then please give as much detail as possible,
including time of day, Bus Number and Route that you were on. All Complaints must be reported within seven days of the date the incident occurred. We would like to hear Comments as well.
