The Best of the Best in Commercial Driver Training

When you begin your commercial drivers training with MTA you will be learning from the best! Our training coordinators teach from a certified drivers training program that makes it easy to understand. While you are training, you are paid for learning the skills to become one of MTA’s finest.

MTA training coordinators will train and prepare you to take the State of Michigan Commercial Driver License (CDL) test. When you’re ready to take the CDL test, MTA provides the vehicle for your test. In addition, the MTA pays for the test. It’s a win-win situation for all.

Training opportunities also include learning about vehicle operations, emergency management and customer service, as well as being certified to drive several different types of buses. Whether or not you have a college degree, you can still make a good wage and have a career that can last a lifetime here at MTA.
